My experience with Lesley/Trinity Triathlon Coaching

I started working with Lesley about two years ago when I wanted to improve my swimming. I was immediately impressed with her kindness and knowledge. In a sport that can feel scary and exclusive, she is warm and inclusive. She not only made me feel welcome in the triathlon world, but also prepared me well for my first 70.3 and full Ironman in 2019. When I crashed my bike 4 weeks before the race, she remained calm, positive, and gave me space to be scared.

IM Chattanooga was one of the hardest and hottest days of my life, but because of Lesley’s guidance, I never once thought I couldn’t finish. I was confident in my abilities because I was able to fully trust my coach throughout the entire process.

Lesley is not only a competent coach, but a great friend and an incredible athlete. Beast made of steel!
