I have been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years and have been certified to teach a variety of classes ranging from Step aerobics and Kick-Boxing to Swim Lessons and Lifeguarding.

Swimming background I started swimming competitively at the age of 7. I lettered in Cross Country and Track in Jr. High and High School and received a swim scholarship from Ball State University (BSU) where I was a High Point Swimmer and MVP all 4 years and the team captain my Jr. and Sr. years. I qualified for Sr. Nationals and was named NCAA Woman Athlete of the Year for BSU.

Family I have 3 wonderful kids; Alexa is in Graduate school at the University of Tennessee. Health and Sciences in Memphis - getting her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She competed on the WKU cross country and track teams during her undergraduate work. Samantha is a Senior at Arkansas State University and competes in cross country and indoor and outdoor track at A-State. Colton is in 10th grade and is involved in cross country and tennis. I love being a mother, and I enjoy working part time so I can keep up with all of our activities.
